In this video we will see how to make pasi paruppu bun recipe in tamil. This moong dal bun recipe has a speical and healthy filling made from Moong Dal / Pasi paruppu. It imparts a mildly sweet taste and smooth texture filling. These buns can be made either in the oven or without oven on stovetop.

Makes 8 Bun
Ingredients:
For Dough:
1/2 cup Milk
1 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Yeast
2 cup Maida
pinch of Salt
4 tbsp Sugar
4 tbsp Melted Butter

For Stuffing:
1/2 cup moong Dal
1/2 cup Milk + 3/4 cup Water
1/2 cup jaggery +1/4 cup Water
1 tsp Ghee
1/4 tsp Cardamom

1 tbsp Milk for Brushing

Bake at 350 F / 175 C for 16-18 min
Cooker: 22-25 min on medium heat
